Selecting a new quartz or granite worktop is not just as simple as choosing the perfect colour. All of the service elements you expect from a professional company are just as important in the buying process.
So when it comes to choosing the perfect worktop for your kitchen there are many decisions in front of you, so getting the people who have the correct technical skills as well as high levels of customer service is a key consideration.
Design Consultation Service
At Cheshire Granite Worktops, the one-to-one service generally starts with a visit to our showroom in Knutsford, where we can show you what the granite, quartz or marble would look like with your kitchen door sample. We can loan out samples to take home so you know exactly how that sample will look in the overall environment of your kitchen. We make sure you are fully empowered to make the decision you need to get the worktop you want for your home and kitchen.
Viewing the slabs before you buy
One way of making a firm decision before buying is to actually see a full slab, especially if it’s a granite slab with a lot of movement, or one which is prone to a lot of variation like the popular white granite River Valley. We make the arrangements for you to view the slabs with our suppliers based within reasonable driving distance, like Sheffield, Matlock Bath, Urmston and Bury. Don’t think that you will be under any obligation before buying if you take this route, we simply provide a quote on the slabs you have selected.
Template to installation
Once the worktop choice is finalised we agree a template date. But as with all home projects where other trades are involved, dates do and can slip. So we are more than used to moving template dates around. Usually it only takes 3 to 4 days from template to fit, so no lengthy production schedules which can add to the already frayed renovation nerves!
At home measuring service
We also don’t just limit ourselves to the factory or showroom. We can arrange to visit your home to give advice on the requirements for replacement worktops and how the worktop would fit. You will get a free measurement service and of course a quote based upon the measurements taken.
After care & support
Once your worktop is fitted this isn’t necessarily the last you will hear from us. If you have any problems at all, months or years later, we will address the issue. You can call us at any time to discuss or ask for advice on cleaning your worktop, you can even get tips and advice from our blog.
